This policy explains what information Rumuze collects through this website, why, and the choices you have. It covers rumuze.com and its Arabic version.

1Who we are

Rumuze is a software and digital marketing company based in Obour City, Cairo, Egypt. You can reach us at connect@rumuze.com.

2Information we collect

What you send us: your name, email, company, role, website, and the message or project details you submit through the contact form or chat.

Account details: if you sign in with Google, your name, email address, profile photo, and Google account identifier.

Usage data, only if you accept: the pages you view, referrer and campaign parameters (such as UTM tags), language, time zone, screen size, browser user agent, IP address, and random visitor and session identifiers.

Browser storage: your theme and language preferences, your sign-in session, and the visitor and session identifiers above. Usage data is recorded only after you accept in the banner, and you can withdraw at any time from "Analytics preferences" in the footer.

To reply to your requests and run any engagement that follows.

To provide, secure, and troubleshoot the website and your account.

To understand how the site is used and improve it.

We do not sell your personal information.

4Who we share it with

We use service providers to run the site, such as Google (Firebase authentication, database, and functions) and hosting and network providers such as Cloudflare and Vercel. They process information on our behalf. To keep bots away from our database we use Firebase App Check with Google reCAPTCHA, which loads a script from Google and sends it browser and device signals. If you choose to message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp handles that conversation under its own terms. Links to our social profiles open third-party sites with their own policies. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

5International processing

Our providers may process information in countries other than yours. By using the site you understand that your information may be processed outside your country of residence.

6How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting engagement. Usage data is kept for as long as it is useful for understanding site traffic. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

7Security

The site is served over HTTPS and access to stored information is restricted. No online service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8Your choices

You can ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing connect@rumuze.com. You can clear browser storage at any time, and sign out to end your session. Depending on where you live, the law may give you additional rights.
